Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel room was a little dated but clean and nice, with flat-screen TVs. However, the noise from the after-hours club at the hotel and room location were awful. The service was friendly and super accommodating despite any internet issues. The location, though close to a poorer area, was the best part, great for a wedding service or a stop on a long highway trip. The dining had fair variety but not the best quality. Facilities were lacking in some areas.
The hotel is located near Crossroads Mall and Burger King, making it convenient for shopping and dining options. The rooms had a strong cigarette smell and burn marks on the sink's surface due to bright security lights, which was a bit off-putting. The location, despite being close to amenities, was closed off for maintenance during my visit. The dining experience offered decent options, although breakfast items were cleared early. The facilities were satisfactory, but some areas seemed dated.
My stay at the hotel was mixed: the rooms were clean and comfortable, but the lingering smell of cigarettes and burn marks on the sink were off-putting. The service was friendly and helpful, although the $50 deposit requirement was a downside. The location was convenient for my travels, despite being in a somewhat dated area. The dining experience was standard but enjoyable, with decent meal options.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was the best part, very convenient for all my travels, but the rooms were a bit run-down with some noise issues. The service was superb, especially thanks to Susie, but the dining options could use some improvement. Overall, a decent stay with a few drawbacks.
The hotel had a few drawbacks, like overly bright rooms due to security lights, and a run-down appearance with various maintenance issues. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and free of smoke odor, offering a reasonable price for the night.
